I am a Master Architect and Visualizer with several years of experience within the field of Architecture and Construction. I design houses and other types of buildings for people around the globe with clients in U.S., U. K, Canada, Ukraine, Spain, Saudi Arabia etc. I have necessary skills and expertise needed for the execution of 2D CAD (Computer Aided Design) drafting, Renovation works, Construction, 3D or BIM (Building Information modelling) and Visualization, Landscape and Urban planning.I have worked on projects ranging from Residential homes, Commercial, Recreational, Educational, Industrial buildings to singular spaces like bathrooms, kitchens and Display room. I offer architectural services from concept design to presentation, visualization, permit drawings, video presentations or walkthroughs and construction. I can help with the preparation of plans and documents needed for building permits at the city departments and in compliance with the city building code. SOFTWARE
Design Process
- Send over your design brief including time frame for completion
- Provide such details as given in the section "what we ask" to get started. You can provide reference images from google, pinterest or even share a google drive or Dropbox file.
- Archilurd will then analyze your request and see that all details required have been supplied
- You will then pick a plan option and what you will like included in the delivery.
- Once your full package delivery is known, Archilurd can then provide you a custom offer as necessary for your specific request. You can also use the get custom offer button on the contact me page
- As soon as your order is placed, work commences, and you will be sent a draft image for you to see progress of work. If satisfied with the draft, we then proceed to make the final delivery. Revisions provided varies with the plan option selected
What we ask (Requirements)
For us to serve you better and produce a product that meets your satisfaction, we would require from you the following;
- A survey map
- A building plan or space
- Google map address "Very Helpful"
- Site pictures of the design area
